Delivering a turnkey solution is complex. Some aspects to consider are:
- 1. Comprehension of needs and requirements of customer.
- 2. Packaging format: multipack, shrink film, single unit packs, etc.
- 3. Technical aspects of the packaging to be handled - shape, surface, weight, conditions of use, etc.
- 4. Technical aspects of the production line - packs per minute, space available, lanes, warm / cold conditions, etc.
- 5. Tape carry handle design - type (e.g.: pre-laminated, foamed, etc), size, coat layer, artwork, special features.
- 6. Marketing aspects of the handled packaging preserving the product image, packaging, differentiation from competitors, brand visibility, time sensitive promotions, qr code, bar code, slogans up to the label-tape carry handle.
- 7. Choice of the most suitable handle applicator for the customer’s needs.
- 8. Hold test: a sample of the tape carry handle is manufactured and applied to the packaging. It is then subjected to several tests ensure that the hold is 100% safe.
